The raised bed frame comes in 10 sections that are simply bolted together, and 4 metal rods attach to create a stable planter. Being dark in colour, it has the advantage of absorbing heat which will help germination in the early spring, and then in the summer it's dark sides will add a pleasant contrast to the colourful plants and flowers growing in and around. Each raised bed comes complete with all necessary nuts and bolts for assembly - a cross-head screwdriver is required, but wing nuts for the connecting bolts make the task easier.
