ACO UniFace AL Shallow Recessed Access Covers are made from corrosion-resistant aluminium and tested to FACTA Class AA specifications. They feature a single access cover with a 50mm frame depth and allow for a recessed floor finish up to 15mm thick. Ideal for pedestrian traffic in areas with limited floor depth, they are suitable for both internal and external installations. The covers have discreet 4mm edges to blend with various floor finishes, including concrete, epoxy, ceramic tiles, carpet, terrazzo, and wood, making them perfect for hospitals, leisure facilities, schools, and domestic uses. Available in sizes from 200mm x 200mm to 1200mm x 600mm, each cover includes a factory-fit four-point stainless steel locking EPDM seal for liquid, odour, and dust protection. Their gross vehicle weight capacity is up to 5 tonnes. Each access cover is 6.6kg, with an overall frame size of 700mm x 500mm x 50mm. Two locking keys are included for easy manual lifting..
